  Quentin Conners (Jason Statham) is not happy to be assigned rookie Shane Dekker (Ryan Phillippe) as his new partner but finds that they must work together to end a series of bank heists. Lorenz (Wesley Snipes) and his gang of thieves have held hostages and blown up banks but stolen no money. Instead, they have planted a virus in an international bank system and plan to steal billions from accounts. Now, Conners and Decker enter into a game of cat-and-mouse as they try to uncover what is going on.

In Walker's story, Pace takes the role of the Black Bandit and Untari plays his long lost daughter who joins his group seeking revenge on the evil Governor Odious (Daniel Caltagirone).

  In this BBC version of Charles Dickens' "Great Expectations," Ioan Gruffudd takes on the role of working-class Pip who dreams of rising to "gentleman" status in order to win the love of the elusive Estella (Gemma Gregory as young Estella and Justine Waddell as older Estella) who has been taught by the bitter Miss Haversham (Charlotte Rampling) to have higher expectations than those of Pip. Orphaned Pip (Gabriel Thomson as young Pip) has been raised by blacksmith Joe Gargery (Clive Russell) and his wife (Lesley Sharp). As a child, Pip saves the life of convict Matwitch (Bernard Hill), and now Pip finds that a mysterious benefactor has given him wealth. It turns out that the benefactor is Matwitch, and Pip is on his way to gaining his "gentleman" status in the Victorian world of the social elite.

She establishes a bond with her cousin, Edmund Bertram (Philip Sarson), and later Fanny (now played by Frances O'Connor) and Edmund (now played by Jonny Lee Miller) fall in love. But love does NOT conquer all in 19th-century England, and when Fanny refuses an arranged marriage to Henry Crawford (Alessandro Nivola), she is sent out on her own.

Kevin gets help from Jennifer (Justine Waddell) whose brother was a victim of RK, and Kevin's childhood friend Samantha also joins in on the investigation as they race to win the "game" by figuring out the mystery before one or all of them die.
