When Dean's (Jamie Bell) friend commits suicide, Dean is bullied to locate his missing drugs and hand them over. The ploy fails, and a kidnapping is opted for, but the wrong child is kidnapped. Left to solve the problem are parents who appear incapable of dealing with the situation, and the Chumscrubber comes to the fore.
