But, CIA agent Noah Vosen (David Strathairn), who heads the covert Blackbriar wing, wants to cover all tracks and orders Bourne's assassination. And the deadly cat and mouse game continues–culminating in the Big Apple with Vosen directing the bloody action using a surveillance-camera system.
