Miniaturized people return to the screen–but with higher technology–in this film that follows bomb expert Dr. Richard Gaynes (Lance Henriksen) as he is miniaturized and injected into terrorist Anthony Moran (Julian Vergov). It turns out that Anthony has a microchip imbedded in him that is set to start a nuclear disaster within the next few hours. Will Gaynes succeed? Will his cohort, Dr. Rachel Saverini (Robin Givens), who is accompanying him, help or hinder his chances of success?
