Burt Reynolds is the voice of the rogue German Shepherd and Dom DeLuise is "Itchy" in this beautifully animated Don Bluth story set in the low-life area of New Orleans. Charlie B. Barkin (Reynolds) returns to Earth to do a good deed. The characters are interesting, and, the film is fun to watch.

But–the shark follows her, wanting, presumably, to finish off the family. Terrible ending to the series.
