This is the second remake of the tragic tale of bullfighter Juan Gallardo (Christopher Rydell) who forsakes his loyal wife Carmen (Ana Torrent) and follows the wiles of a less-than-honorable woman Dona Sol (Sharon Stone). When Dona Sol leaves Juan for a younger man, it is Carmen who comes to his aid, and Juan sets out to enter the bullring for one last fight that is destined to end in tragedy.
