Covert agent Neil Shaw (Wesley Snipes) comes out of retirement to help his friend Garret (Lochlyn Munro) who is a Senatorial candidate. Now, Shaw suspects that he is being set up, and this is his signal to begin his martial arts action. Mayhem ensues as Shaw works against the clock to find out what is really happening.
