Pirates returns with yet another fast-paced, action packed adventure movie, and another mess Jack (sorry, Captain Jack) has gotten himself into. Although a bit confusing at times, this movie continues with the quality you would expect from Disney. There are some new great actors and the ones we know and love from the first movie. Another must see... be sure to stay tuned for Pirates 3, supposed to come out this year (2007). |

| | Anonymous 01/20/2007 | | The best movie I've ever seen in my life. It is my favorite of all time. The plot of this movie fits intricately together and makes for an amazing action movie. I'm not a big fan of action/ adventure, but Pirates does a great job of balancing the heart-stopping sword fighting with a wonderful plot and the most excellent sounding music I've ever heard. This will definitely become one of your favorites, too. I haven't met anyone yet who didn't LOVE it. |

| | A truly regrettable film. | 1fatts 04/09/2007 | This is a film that pretty much wastes everyone who is associated with it.
The plot has holes you could drive a truck through if you were interested enough to waste the gas. I'm not a Christian, but I know enough about basic doctrine to know that they have the religious perspectives on this pretty much wrong in almost every way. The actors say and do silly things as well as they can, but they are still silly things.
It's one of those films where you kind of wonder what get into all these people to get involved with such a thing in the first place. |
