Fran and her cameraman Mark (Leonard Mann) travel to the Venezuelan jungles where they deal with brutal natives in the hostile environment. They discover a drug cartel run by corrupt Col. Brian Horne (Richard Lynch) who is holding Tommy captive, and now Fran and Mark are caught up in a life-threatening drug war.

But Blade is saved by Burt, who Blade freed after not being able to get a reward. After learning to shoot by sound rather than sight, Blade gets his revenge.
