It seems that everything goes wrong in the Duchy–wine bottles are exploding and the castle's plumbing is a shambles. So–the U.S. is asked for money to start a Grand Fenwick Space Program, which is, in reality, just money to fix the plumbing. But now the fun starts as the U.S. grants the request.
