Dean takes the money and, too late, learns that Mark is a cop looking for dirt on Rich. Now, Rich wants Dean killed and asks one of the White kids to perform the job. This is not a good idea because the kid is the son of the District Attorney.

Mrs. Brody (Elizabeth Perkins) has found a Beagle puppy, Lou (voice of Tobey Maguire), for their son, Scott (Alexander Pollock). Now Lou is caught in the middle of the "dog vs. cat" war when Mr. Tinkles plots to kidnap the Brody family, reverse the formula, and make all humans allergic to dogs. Excellent special effects include animated faces on real animals.

Hines and Crystal play well off each other and make this an enjoyable movie.
