But if you are looking for rousing action and great special effects–and are willing to go along with the premise that the American Revolution was won because Benjamin Martin (Mel Gibson) led the guerrillas against the evil British (especially Col. William Tavington (Jason Isaacs))–then this movie will prove entertaining.
