Edgar Hoover (Vince Edwards) is determined to capture him, and Dillinger is betrayed by his girlfriend Billie's (Sherilyn Fenn) landlady, which leads to the Feds ending his life outside Chicago's Biograph Theater. Look quickly for Lawrence Tierney–who played Dillinger 1945 film–as a sheriff gunned down by Dillinger's gang.

When a White gang intrudes on the Black gang's turf, Bumpy declares war on Dutch Schultz (Tim Roth) who is leading the effort to get in on the action. Violence ensues as the body count escalates.
