When gold is discovered in a small town in the West, gambler Jim Rodney (Francis Ford) plots to seize the claim. His plan is working–until Buffalo Bill Cody (Tom Tyler) and his sidekick Dave Archer (Rex Bell) arrive with the U.S. Cavalry, and, after many efforts of Rodney to carry off his plan, Rodney is finally brought to justice.
