His ex-girlfriend and colleague Lee Carter (Paula Prentiss) was an eyewitness, and Frady is determined to uncover the truth behind the murders. His investigation leads him to a conspiracy involving the Parallax Corporation, and Frady, aided by his editor Bill Rintels (Hume Cronyn), goes undercover to infiltrate the corporation. But, Parallax knows about Joe, and he may be the next in line to lose his life. Thrilling all the way.
