Now, the rest of the Danby gang–led by Pa Danby (Walter Brennan)–are determined to free Joe and rid the town of their new sheriff. And while all this is going on, McCullough is being pursued by the fair maiden Prudy Perkins (Joan Hackett) who is determined to marry the sheriff.
