Kenner's opportunity to take over the ship (with sympathetic crew members) arrives when it appears that a nuclear exchange has taken place, though it was a failed missile test. Sheffield is drugged, and Kenner is about to launch nuclear weapons from their position in the Western Pacific. Can the Commanding Officer stop this, or can the Admiral have the ship sunk before launch? Made for TV.
