Tuttle's friend, Richard Rietti (Michael Richards), is an actor who hosts a bachelor party at which Tuttle gets drunk and fails to appear for Gibb's court case, but Rietti uses his skills, appears in court, and pretends to be Tuttle. Now he must play out the charade or risk being arrested for impersonating a lawyer.
