Dimitrios deals with Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen) who is a banker for terrorist organizations. Now, Bond goes into action and arranges to play a high-stakes poker game against Le Chiffre believing that the $10 million buy-in at Montenegro's Casino Royale will bankrupt Le Chiffre if he loses and, in the process, destroy his terrorist organizations.
