  A New York City doctor, Judah Rosenthal (Martin Landau), tries to end an affair, but his mistress Dolores Paley (Anjelica Huston) has other ideas. Jack suggests that Judah have Dolores murdered. Meanwhile, documentary filmmaker Clifford Stern (Woody Allen) is commissioned to make a film about his brother-in-law Lester (Alan Alda) who is a successful TV producer, and both Clifford and Lester fall for TV producer Halley Reed (Mia Farrow). All of the characters represent different sides of human frailities that result in everything from murder to comedy. Another of Woody's hits for which he received Oscar nominations for Director and Writing. Landau was nominated for Best Supporting Actor.

  This movie was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the movie and I play it over and over again. Jennifer Grey was truly beautiful in this movie. Cyntha Rhodes was dynamic!!! There was not one boring part in this movie!!!!!!!!!! What can you say about Patrick Swayze? He was a BRILLANT actor. It was a very sad day for me when I read that he passed away!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was so young. All, I can say is I have his movies to keep his memorie in my heart!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU, PATRICK FOR ALL OF THE MOVIES YOU MADE!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE FOREVER IN

  this will always be my favorite movie. I saw it several times when it came in the theater, and I was only 12. I own the original VHS, and DVD and now the special editon DVD. this movie will never get old, and I think I can quote it all! I love patrick in this movie, anyone else and I dont think it would have been as good.
