A year after photographer Max (Reg Rogers) gained fame for his stunning art show, he has lost his creativity and must come up with something for his follow-up show. So, when a man leaves a folder with 10 stunning photos on the bar, Max considers use of the pictures. But he loses the pictures when they are stolen by muggers, and now he searches for the missing photos throughout the streets of NYC. On the way, he meets an assortment of oddball people.
