In this sequel to 2001's "Legally Blonde," Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) is now a lawyer and is engaged to marry a Harvard law professor, Emmett Richmond (Luke Wilson). But wedding plans are put on hold when Elle runs afoul of a client involved in using animals for testing cosmetics. She heads for Washington, D.C., and a new job working for Representative Victoria Rudd (Sally Field). Once on Capitol Hill, Elle begins her fight to end product testing on animals. Not an easy task, but Elle uses her share of tricks to achieve success.
