In this sequel to "Black Caesar," Tommy Gibbs (Fred Williamson) is back–yes, he survived the injuries sustained in the gangland war–and reassembles his team. Meanwhile, Tommy's henchman Zach (Tony King) and corrupt District Attorney DiAngelo (Gerald Gordon) plot against them, and Zach kills Papa. Stephen King was a consultant for this movie, which takes its characters from a King story, "Salem's Lot."
