They want to charge the neighboring ranchers exorbitant prices to ship their horses and cattle as the means of forcing them out of the cattle business. Kenyon comes up with a plan to stop Spencer and Greenway, but will it work?

Tex goes to meet Dorgan and learns that Dorgan is planning to dynamite the valley to avoid being pursued when he rustles the cattle. Dorgan's gang captures Tex and holds him, along with rancher Graham (Frank LaRue) and his daughter Ruth (Dorothy Fay), captive. Tex escapes and sends for help from the Rangers who come to the rescue and arrest the rustlers.

The railroad heiress, Sally Jeffers (Pamela Blake), has hired The Pecos Kid to investigate, but problems ensue when Slaughter accuses The Pecos Kid and his pals of being rustlers. Sally turns against them, and they are sentenced to be hanged. All ends well though, and Sally even sees the error of her ways.
