  Those crazy turtles that live in sewers have jumped off the pages of comics and are now on the screen. They become ninja fighters under the guidance of the rat, Splinter (voice of Kevin Clash). When problems develop with the Foot Clan gang, which is led by The Shredder (James Saito), the turtles team up with television reporter April O'Neil (Judith Hoag) and Casey Jones (Elias Koteas) to stop the gang in its tracks.
