Downey (James Marshall) and Cpl. Dawson (Wolfgang Bodison)–who are accused of murdering a fellow Marine. Kaffee follows Galloway's instructions to look for the truth, and, under questioning, Downey and Dawson reveal that the murder was ordered by Lt. Kendrick (Kiefer Sutherland). Now, Kaffee is determined to find the proof behind the allegations even if it means going head-to-head with tough Col. Jessup.
