Using his own special inventions, he seems to succeed until caught by our hero Martin Andrews (Bruce Bennett). An edited, feature-length version was released simultaneously. Very cheap, but Lugosi is always fun to watch.

Our hero's task becomes more difficult when he falls in love with Worthington's sister (Virginia Cherrill).
