  Jenny (Steffanie Pitt) is haunted by nightmares of the stabbing death of her mother (Sadie Nine) many years before when she was a young girl (played by Hannah Bridges) growing up in her father Dr. Adams' (Patrick Mower) mental institution. She feels the need to return to the asylum, but Jenny is not the only one who is drawn back. A killer is on the loose, and the body count grows.
