  Road rage escalates to new heights between a Wall Street lawyer, Gavin Banek (Ben Affleck), and recovering alcoholic Doyle Gipson (Samuel L. When their cars sideswipe on FDR Drive in Manhattan, the accident sets off a chain of events that becomes more and more dangerous.

The ploy works, but complications ensue when Tom falls in love with Anna.
