Mr. and Mrs. Fox (voices of George Clooney and Meryl Streep) live with their family, including teenager Ash (voice of Jason Schwartzman), under a tree on a hill. They need food, and rebellious Mr. Fox steals food from local farmers. Tired of Mr. Fox's antics, a farmer, Mr. Bean (voice of Michael Gambon), leads the others in a war against the Fox family, and they force the animals underground. Food supplies dwindle, and now all the animals–including Badger, Rat, and Weasel (voices of Bill Murray, Willem Dafoe, and Wes Anderson) join forces to fight for their land. Oscar nominations were received for Best Animated Feature and Original music score.
