It's Elvis Presley convention week in Las Vegas, and a group of six conspirators (Kevin Costner, Kurt Russell, Howie Long, David Arquette, Christian Slater, and Bokeem Woodbine) have a plan: dress up like Elvis and rob a casino. As in many movies preceding this one, the thieves soon become enemies, and the result is good entertainment. But this film misses its mark, and we are left with little in entertainment value.

On a routine patrol, Deakins knocks out copilot Hale, crashes the plane, and takes off with the weapons. He then threatens to detonate them if the Pentagon doesn't give him money. The chase is on as a recovered Hale and park ranger Terry Carmichael (Samantha Mathis) set out to track down Deakins.
