When the deal fails, Bradley hires Lobo Joe (Roger Gray) and his gang instead, but Lobo and his gang rob both Bradley and Morgan. Meanwhile, Dog Town falls for Marion (Beth Marion) and later reveals that he is a Texas Ranger in disguise. He straightens things out, arrests the guilty culprits, and promises Marion that he will return.

Tim (now played by Don "Red" Barry) kills a farmer after Tasker orders him to do so. Now, Roy, not knowing that it is his brother who is Tasker's "nephew," organizes the ranchers into a vigilante group, and they set out to put an end to Tasker and his criminal activities.

But, again, Tex is there when needed.
