After gathering teenage bodies from an auto accident, Frankenstein and his assistant, Carlton (Robert Burton), use their bodies to create a teenage Monster (Gary Conway) that goes on a killing spree, which includes killing Frankenstein's fiancee, Margaret (Phyllis Coates).
