In this satire on the famous beach movies of the sixties starring the famous duo of Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello, it's their kids who are the teens. The daughter has moved in with a bum in Malibu and their son is a punk rocker. On the way to Hawaii, they stop in California and discover that some of their gang is still hanging around.
