The hospital turns into a nightmare situation as Gail tries to help "John Doe" and solve the problems he appears to be causing.

The movie turns into a spy adventure when Nick becomes involved in espionage while trying to bring Hillary's father to the West. Hilarious. This film marks Val Kilmer's film debut.
