| | lover of musicals 07/10/2007 | | If you like musicals, this is a must. Gene Kelly and July Garland do very well together in this show. They are both naturals. Two of my favorites as a young girl. A little slapstick with Eddie Bracken, and Phil Slivers, not to mention the Gloria DeHaven and Marjorie Main. I have this as a VHS and a DVD. Keeps me busy as age keeps creeping up on me. We need more of this type of beauty and laughter in todays world. |
