One Halloween night, Michael kills Ronnie, Judith, and her boyfriend. Michael is sent to a sanitarium and placed under the care of Dr. Samuel Loomis (Malcolm McDowell). Seventeen years later, Michael (now played by Tyler Mane) escapes and heads for Haddonfield in search of Laurie. Dr. Loomis follows, hoping to stop another killing spree. But, even the good doctor cannot prevent the bloody Halloween reunion.
