  While developing a computer code, software professionals John and Professor (Jim Fitzpatrick and David Warner) uncover a code that holds the key to the Dead Sea Scrolls, which allows them to predict people's futures as well as prove the existence of God. Of course, the government–and others–would like to have that information, and the chase is on.

  Following the murders of prison inmates, L.A. cop Louis Burke (Jean-Claude Van Damme) goes undercover as a prisoner and infiltrates the prison system to investigate. He does make friends with inmate Hawkins (Robert Guillaume) and others who help him with the investigation. But, more murders take place, and Burke's cellmate is killed before Burke finally finds the culprit behind the crimes.
