  Heroic Prince Hasar (Oliver Tobias) is sent by the evil Caliph Alquazar (Christopher Lee) to obtain the magical Rose of Elil that is the only thing that has enough power to destroy the Caliph. Prince Hasar is joined by young Majeed (Milo O'Shea) and his pet monkey on a perilous journey, but what will Prince Hasar do with that Rose of Elil if, and when, he finds it? Special effects are impressive in this made-for-kids adventure film about genies and flying carpets.
