Live and Let Die 1973 PG, 121 min. Genre: Action
Director: Guy Hamilton Cast: Roger Moore, Jane Seymour, Yaphet Kotto, Geoffrey Holder, Clifton James, Bernard Lee, Lois Maxwell, David Hedison, Julius Harris, Gloria Hendry, Tommy Lane, Madeline Smith, Robert Dix, Roy Stewart, Earl Jolly Brown
This is the eighth agent 007 film, but it is the first with Roger Moore in the starring role. In this installment, James Bond is on the trail of a Caribbean-based drug dealer. As with the previous seven 007 films, this one has plenty of gadgetry, beautiful women, and wild chases. It's not up to the standards of the others, though, except for the title song by Paul McCartney.

Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins 1985 PG-13, 121 min. Genre: Action
Director: Guy Hamilton Cast: Fred Ward, Joel Grey, Wilford Brimley, George Coe, Kate Mulgrew, J.A. Preston, Charles Cioffi, Michael Pataki, Jon Polito, Cosie Costa
The major problem with this flick is that the story never really gets started. One saving grace is Joel Grey as an Asian martial arts expert, but even Joel Grey fans will have trouble enjoying this film too much. By the way, Fred Ward is a NYC cop who gets involved with a group to avenge all that they think is wrong with the world. 1 User Review
