King Amir, the leader of an Arab country, appears doomed to die. But not to worry, mad Doctor Trenton (Kent Taylor) has a new technique to transplant brains. When the King is brought in, time is limited to complete the job, so when an appropriate recipient isn't found quickly, Trenton transplants Amir's brain onto the body of his grotesque assistant. When Amir awakens and looks at his new body, he goes on a rampage. And there's even more weird stuff going on in the basement, and elsewhere, in this, another low-budget film from Director Adamson.
