Now Jenny begins to suspect that Carter is behind the mystery and is delivering the missing children to his father (also played by Lithgow) and his brother (also played by Lithgow) so that they can use them for psychological experiments.

But, instead of being sent to jail, the casino owner hires them as casino security agents. Will they be able to stop the next attempt at robbing the casino? And don't forget the hurricane that is approaching.
