Laura's (Sheryl Lee) last days are spent with her boyfriend James Hurley (James Marshall) and her best friend Donna Hayward (Moira Kelly). At night, however, drug-addicted Laura hangs out with dope dealer Bobby Briggs (Dana Ashbrook). When Laura's father, Leland (Ray Wise), learns of Laura's double life he goes into a fit of rage, which ends in tragedy for Laura and her friends.
