Roderick falls in love with Whitman's daughter Maureen (Hilary Heath), which sets off tragic events involving both the witches and the Whitman family, and Oona gets her revenge.

But, N'Galo has double-crossed him, and Edward is put in a coffin and buried. Grave robbers retrieve him, and his "body" is taken to anatomist Dr. Neuhardt (Christopher Lee) who revives him, and now Edward goes on a killing spree seeking revenge for his betrayal.
