Victor Herbert's operetta is once again brought to the screen with Drew Barrymore in the role of 11-year-old Lisa Piper who bumps her head and finds herself in Toyland. After she runs into Barnaby (Richard Mulligan) who is plotting to take over Toyland, Lisa joins Mary Contrary (Jill Schoelen), Jack-be-Nimble (Keanu Reeves), and Georgie Porgie (Googy Gress) and asks the Toymaster (Pat Morita) for help. But, they aren't the only ones searching for the treasure. Dr. Steele is on their trail planning to use the treasure, which he believes has psychic powers that would allow him to rule the world–after getting rid of Nick and Sylvia.
