After attacking and killing another officer and escaping, he is cornered and shot by the military at Boulder Dam and presumed dead–or is he? A sequel follows: "War of the Colossal Beast."

This musical features songs from Cole Porter and include "I Wish I Didn't Have to Say Goodnight" and "Wouldn't It Be Nice." This film marks Perry Como's film debut.
