An abandoned hotel is to be renovated for use as a homeless shelter, and a group of juvenile delinquents are assigned to assist in the cleanup. But monstrous Jacob (Glen Jacobs, a.k.a. wrestling superstar Kane) resides in the building. Shot in the head four years ago, Jacob seeks revenge on the policeman who did the dirty deed and who just happens to be a supervisor for the delinquents. And the gruesome killings begin.
