a messnightstar 07/23/2007
Poor production values, horrible music, bad script and a tired story ;this mess is only watchable because of Fred Williamson who seems bored and annoyed by the nonsense surrounding him.The final gunbattle is the only descent part of this foolishness.

The Switch

Director: Sergio Corbucci
Cast: Anthony Quinn, Adriano Celentano, Capucine, Corinne Clery, Ugo Bologna, Sal Borgese, Mircha Carven, Mickey Knox, Helen Stirling, Giovanni Cianfriglia

Philip (Anthony Quinn), a con man recently out of jail, takes Felix (Adriano Celentano) as his protege, and the two pick up where Philip left off before jail. A weak comedic/crime takeoff on "The Sting." The English-dubbed version is shorter than the original.

To make matters worse, his three half-brothers, who have always resented half-breed Keoma, are aligned with the gang leader. A violent film, but a cut above the normal spaghetti Western–and one of the last of the genre.
