Prohibition-Era gangster Vic Morono (Jack Palance) owns a nightclub/casino, The Four Deuces. Meanwhile, Vic's girlfriend (Carol Lynley) is drawn to a reporter, and their lives will certainly be in danger when the gang warfare ends, and Vic catches on to what is going on.
