  Clyde Barton (Jack Ingram) wants to make money by selling land to the railroad, but he needs Tom Gray (Richard Cramer) and Harvey Allen's (Frank LaRue) land in order to make the deal. His solution is to cause a range war between the feuding Gray and Allen families. The sheriff (Duke R. Lee) calls for help from Bob Gray (Bob Steele), who had been disowned by his father, Tom, after Bob fell in love with Madge Allen (Gertrude Messinger). But problems grow worse before Barton's plot is foiled, and Bob, who has been falsely accused of murder, regains his reputation.

Only ace pilot Hal Foster (Richard Talmadge) has the ability to retrieve the stolen goods, and, with Berty (Eddie Davis) as his sidekick, Hal sets off in pursuit. Lots of good aerial stunts in this film.
